Connecting your Etsy store allows orders from Etsy to be automatically imported into your PicknPack account. Recipient and product information is automatically populated in the shipment form, helping you process orders faster and avoid address errors.

Once a tracking number is assigned to the shipment, it is automatically sent back to Etsy, and the order status will be updated to “Completed.”

How to Connect an Etsy Store

1. In your account dashboard, go to Integrations → Stores. Click the Connect button and select Etsy from the list of available marketplaces.

2. In the window that opens, enter the following information:

• Store name
• Store URL
• Store URL

Then click Connect.

3. In the Etsy authorization window, click the Grant Access button to allow our application access to the API and complete the integration process.

4. Once the connection is successful, the store will appear in the list of connected stores.

P.S. How to Find Your Etsy Shop ID

• Open your store’s main page
• Right-click anywhere on the page and select View Page Source
• Search for the term “shopid” using Ctrl + F
• After the word shopid, you will see an 8-digit number following a colon — this is your Etsy Shop ID.
