Forwarding is a service where our warehouse receives your parcels and transfers them to domestic shipping carriers within the United States.

• Lower shipping costs to the end customer. Savings are achieved by consolidating multiple parcels into a single shipment to the United States.
• You immediately receive the final tracking number from carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx, which can be uploaded directly to your marketplace account.

How to Create a Forwarding Shipment

1. Log in to your account at freight.picknpack.pro and top up your balance if necessary.

2. Open the Address Book section in Settings and create a new sender contact using the following warehouse address:

3. Create an order (purchase a shipping label).

Please note that forwarding handling fees are not included in the label price and are charged separately (see Section 13 for details).
IMPORTANT: The warehouse address must be selected as the sender address.

4. After purchasing the shipping label, attach the label to the parcel. Repeat this step for each parcel if you are shipping multiple packages.

5. Next, log in to your account at fulfillment.picknpack.pro.

6. In the Inbound to Warehouse section, select Forwarding and create a new forwarding shipment.

7. In the field “Add parcels being shipped to the warehouse”, enter the parcel tracking numbers as a list separated by commas, spaces, or semicolons. Click the Add button, and the parcels will appear in the list below. Additional tracking numbers can be added if necessary.

8. Specify the number of packages, as well as the dimensions and weight of each package.

9. Select the shipping origin address and destination warehouse (NYC – Brooklyn Warehouse).

10. Select the carrier used to ship the parcels to the warehouse and optionally provide the inbound tracking number.

11. Click the Submit button.

12. Attach the inbound barcode label to the shipment.

13. Upon arrival at the warehouse, each parcel will be scanned by warehouse staff. After processing, the forwarding handling fee will be charged to the client’s account balance according to the applicable rates.
