Connecting a DHL Account
The PicknPack dashboard allows you to connect your own DHL account number (shipping contract).
To connect your account, follow these steps:
1. In the left-side menu, go to the Integration section and select Sender Account.
2. Click Connect Account.
3. In the window that opens, select DHL as the carrier.
4. Enter your account name and DHL account number.
If you would like to test the integration first, we recommend enabling Test Mode before connecting the account.
5. Once the connection is successfully completed, you will see the option to create shipments using your own DHL account when creating a new shipment.
